- School fee can be deposited via Cash/Cheque/Draft accompanied with the fee slip, in the account section of the school, between 9:00 am to 1:00 pm(Monday to Friday).
- Cheque/ Draft should be drawn in favour of “Rayat Bahra International School”
- Kindly mention the name, grade/section, admission number of your ward along with your contact number on the reverse side of the cheque/draft.
- Outstation cheques will not be accepted.
- In case the cheque returns unpaid by the bank, bank charges of Rs. 300/- will be charged.
- Parents are expected to deposit the school fee by the 10th day of the specified months, in four quarters given below:
- 1st quarter : April,2017
- 2nd quarter: July, 2017
- 3rd quarter: October,2017
- 4th quarter” January 2018
- Late fee fine will be charged as under:
- A fine of Rs. 100 from 11th to 20th of same month.
- A fine of RS. 250 from 21st to last day of the same month and Rs. 500 after the last day of the month in which fee is due.
- School fee after the due date will be accepted only through a demand draft paid to the school accounts office during the hours mentioned above.
- Note: if the 10 of any month happens to be a non- working day then the day gets extended to the next working day.
- In case of transfer or withdrawal from the school for any reason, the school should be given one month’s notice or one month fee should be deposited in lieu thereof.
- The fee for the month of June has to be deposited in case the child leaves the school in May.
- Transfer certificate will be issued on the clearance of all dues.
- Refund of the security deposit can be collected within three months of withdrawal, on producing the original receipt by you at the time of admission.
